Refer a friend terms and conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which govern the promotional ‘Refer a friend’ offer provided by Blue Bear Self Storage.

The Promotion:

Start Date:  01/12/23

To become a referrer, you must be or have been a Blue Bear Self Storage customer. Friends and family (“Friends”) who are not customers of Blue Bear Self Storage and are willing to be referred by you can register for the promotion when completing their booking form.

Friends must add the referrer’s registered email with Blue Bear Self Storage to qualify for the promotion.

Upon successful validation after a Qualifying Purchase, an email containing the e-gift cards will be sent to both the referrer and the friend.

For each referred friend who completes a Qualifying Purchase and successfully passes the validation process, both the referrer and the friend will receive a £25 Prezzee gift card within 10 days of the friend’s purchase.

The e-gift card can only be sent to the referrer’s registered email address with Blue Bear Self Storage.

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Blue Bear Self Storage reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions.

Users’ personal data will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Blue Bear Self Storage will comply with all requirements of applicable data protection laws. Qualifying Purchases:

A ‘qualifying purchase’ is defined as the acquisition of a new storage contract with Blue Bear Self Storage (at any of our locations) after the promotion ‘Start Date’.

The Promotion is not valid for purchases made anywhere but directly through the Blue Bear Sales Team.

The validation process requires the referred friend to have fulfilled payment for at least one billing cycle. Blue Bear Self Storage reserves the right to verify the eligibility of users.
